Mike Aversano, CPA
Founder, CEO
Mike started his accounting career working 11 years with Deloitte and Touche in NYC servicing retail & pension plan clients as an Audit Senior Manager until he left and started his family practice in 2002.
Mike had a great track record for helping hundreds of clients find the absolute legal minimum to pay in taxes and develope a tax plan that works for his clients to build & preserve wealth
He has an uncanny non-CPA way of speaking to clients in plain English so all his clients understand exactly what we are doing for them. He is a tax expert.

Chris Noonan, CPA
Audit Director
Chris has been a licensed CPA at for over 30 years. He has had experience in audting all types of client pension plans, including 401(K) and other defined contribution as well as defined benefit plans.
Chris is also a tax planning expert providing insightful ways to save thousands for all our clients on taxes..
He and Mike have worked together to help all of our clients get through audits and fight to save them taxes.
